Since 2018 we’ve enabled a more confident future for 70 women. What does this mean in reality? after completing the programme they’ve gone on to do some impressive stuff like apply for new roles or promotions, starting side or even full businesses, speaking at events from online webinars to 300 strong audience conferences, winning awards in their industry and even being selected to speak at TedX.
 
But it’s not just about the big things…

They’ve developed the skills and techniques to focus on what is really important to them, whether that’s posting a video on social media, writing a blog or simply feeling in control of their life and career.

 

Confidence means something different to everyone and we believe it should be accessible to everyone.

We understand that confidence or lack of it isn’t exclusive to women and we are happy to support men on their confidence journey too. We are transparent that our work is mainly focused on women as a direct response to the lack of women in technology roles – but we also know that we need to work together to change that.
