Led by our expert coaches, you’ll join a small group of likeminded individuals to work on areas including:

Self-awareness enabling you to embrace your natural strengths through effective communication and understanding your journey to success. Building confidence and resilience and managing Impostor Syndrome, and empowering you to project your authentic self and areas of expertise. Underpinned by Leadership skills and processes to build effective teams and partnerships.

100+ Women

Since 2018, we’ve enabled a more confident future for over 100 women. What does this mean in reality? After completing the programme they’ve gone on to do some impressive stuff like apply for new roles or promotions, starting side or even full businesses, speaking at events from online webinars to 300 strong audience conferences, winning awards in their industry and even being selected to speak at TedX.

But it’s not just about the big things…

They’ve developed the skills and techniques to focus on what is really important to them, whether that’s posting a video on social media, writing a blog or simply feeling in control of their life and career.

Confidence means something different to everyone and we believe it should be accessible to everyone.

4 Workshops: One Goal

Your Journey

Session 1 focuses on understanding and creating your own development journey by defining what success means to you, defining core values and how these underpin decisions and raising awareness of natural strengths and how to utilise these when under pressure.

Your Confidence

Session 2 addresses building confidence and gaining an understanding of impostor syndrome, why we need to manage it, and tangible actions to build confidence and resilience in a collaborative and empowering series of practical exercises.

Your Profile

In Session 3 we develop skills to increase visibility in your role using practical models and techniques including panel discussions to encourage being confident and compelling in client/customer and colleague conversations in this interactive and fun session.

Your Leadership

Session 4 harnesses existing strengths and newly learnt skills to inspire strong technical leadership. From focus on how your team impacts your product to practical steps around structuring teams and processes for success.

Your Success

Everyone who becomes part of The Confidence Collective will take away the skills and techniques to focus on what is really important to them, whether that’s posting a video on social media, writing a blog or simply feeling in control of their life and career.

Self-fund your spot on our course with flexible payment options, including payment plans or full upfront payment. Fees: £1000 plus VAT per self-funding individual.

Business fees:

If you’re a business pursuing this programme as part of your employees’ professional development below is the listed course fee per individual.

Fees: £1500 plus VAT per individual supported by their employer.
